Details:

EYE PILLOW - (4"x10") Refresh, dream, soothe and energize with the quintessential lavender eye-pillow. Also good for head, tooth, ear or sinus pain.

How to Use:

Warm in the microwave for one to three minutes (depending on the pack size and microwave strength) for relaxing and penetrating moist heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Can also be heated in a conventional oven. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Chill in the freezer overnight for comforting cold therapy.
