BIG HUG - (7.5" x 30") Drape this generous pack over your shoulders and melt away the day's stress. Wrap it, wear it, lay on it and take it to bed with you. Pax are filled with all natural grains and soothing Lavender.

How to Use:

Warm in the microwave for one to three minutes (depending on pack size and microwave strength) for relaxing and penetrating moist heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Can also be heated in a conventional oven. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Chill in the freezer overnight for comforting cold therapy.
