Details:

BIG HUG - (7.5" x 30") Drape this generous pack over your shoulders and melt away the day's stress. Wrap it, wear it, lay on it and take it to bed with you.


How to Use:

Warm in the microwave for one to three minutes (depending on pack size and microwave strength) for relaxing and penetrating moist heat. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Can also be heated in a conventional oven. Wrap in aluminum foil and heat at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Chill in the freezer overnight for comforting cold therapy.
